User authority
There are 3 types of AIRSTAGE Cloud Site Manager user accounts: Administrator, Technician, and Occupant.
The air conditioning system can be controlled safely and conveniently by giving appropriate accounts to each user.
| Account type | Description |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Administrator can perform the entire air conditioning system status monitoring, all operations and setting change, addition or deletion for the connected devices, and other user registration or deletion. This account is suitable for facility manager. To manage or add the Administrator's information, access to "Settings" > "Employees". |
| Technician | Technician can perform the entire air conditioning system status monitoring, some operations and setting change, and addition or deletion for the connected devices. This account is suitable for facility maintenance person. To manage or add the Technician's information, access to "Settings" > "Employees". |
| Occupant | Occupant can perform the status monitoring for allowed range and some operations. This account is suitable for facility user (such as tenant). To manage or add the Occupant's information, access to "Settings" > "Clients" > "Users". |
