Do not touch the switches with sharp objects. Doing so will cause injury, trouble, or electric shock. Do not insert articles into the slit parts of this product. Doing so will cause trouble, heating, or electric shock. Do not operate the surface of the touch screen with anything other than your finger or a stylus pen. It will scratch the surface and cause trouble. This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of this product by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with this product.

Usage precautions

• When you use this product, it will become possible to operate air conditioners or ventilators from locations where you cannot see them directly. This means that people in the room may be exposed to the unintended operation of the units. Check the condition of the room before using this product.
• Be sure to check on a regular basis that the power supplies to the connected devices are securely connected and that dust has not built up in the surrounding area. It may cause heating or fire.
• Be sure to check in advance that there are no malfunctions of the connected devices.
• Sudden operation or stopping of the air conditioners or the ventilators may surprise a person and cause the person to fall down or tumble if the person is on a stand. 
• If you know that there are people in the vicinity of the air conditioner, inform them in advance that you will be operating and stopping it from a distant location.
• Sudden operation or stopping of the air conditioner may surprise a person and cause the person to fall down or tumble if the person is on a stand.
• Rapid changes in the room temperature may cause deterioration in a person’s physical condition. Do not use this product when there are people in the room who are not able to control the temperature by themselves. (For example, infants, children, those with physical disabilities, elderly, or sick persons.)
• Fully understand the reserved timer settings and other operations before using this product.
• Unexpected operation or stopping of the air conditioner may cause deterioration in a person’s physical condition or an adverse effect on animals or plants.
• Frequently check the settings and operating situation of the connected devices when using this product from a distant location.
• If you operate the air conditioners or the ventilators from this product, the indicator lamps on the units may not blink nor may not be any reception sounds.
• Do not turn off the AIRSTAGE Edge Controller by pulling out the power plug or cutting off the circuit breaker. Do not turn off the AIRSTAGE Edge Controller except in an emergency. Otherwise, the AIRSTAGE Edge Controller will not operate properly.
• This product and accessories will not be reissued. Keep and handle them carefully after installing this product.
• Some functions such as Schedule, Site history log, and Energy saving operate based on the date and time setting. Changing the date and time setting may affect those functions.

• Do not turn on the power of the connected devices until all installation work is completed.
