Notice of Plans to Change Trade Names of Consolidated Subsidiaries
Fujitsu General today announced that, as disclosed on October 1, 2025 , it will change its trade name to "GENERAL Inc." effective January 1, 2026. Along with this change, the trade names of the following domestic and overseas consolidated subsidiaries will also be changed on the same date.
Please note that for some subsidiaries, procedures in each country may take additional time, and we will provide further updates once these are completed.

2. Corporate Brand Symbol
All domestic and overseas consolidated subsidiaries shall proceed to adopt the following corporate brand symbol, aiming to foster unity within the GENERAL Group and enhance global recognition in the international market.
Furthermore, by collaborating with group companies of Paloma Rheem Holdings to complement each other’s strengths, we aim to expand our business in both domestic and international markets and enhance its leadership in the global air conditioning industry.
