Notice of Change in Accounting Period (Fiscal Year-End Date)

Fujitsu General today announced that it has changed its Accounting Period from March 31 to December 31.

1. Reason for the Change

Taking into account the business cycle of air conditioners, the Group’s core business, as well as its high ratio of overseas sales, the Company has decided to change its fiscal year-end to December 31 in order to strengthen and streamline business operations and to further enhance its position in the global air conditioning market. This change will also align the fiscal year-end with other companies in the Paloma Rheem Holdings Group, contributing to more integrated management across the Group.

2. Details of the change in fiscal year-end date

Current:

March 31

After change:

December 31

The fiscal year 2025, which will serve as the transitional period for the change in the fiscal year-end, will cover a nine-month period from April 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The same change is also planned for the Company’s consolidated subsidiaries whose fiscal year-ends are not currently December 31.
