My job

I was transfer to Head office in order to gain knowledge about designing motors and its controllers. Motors that we design are used for air conditioners and mostly are DC type of motor. My group is in charge of supporting the enlargement of the motors’ manufacturing. Therefore, we are aimed to design more of new models, bigger size of motors, and larger power output. This is such a great opportunity to start learning a fundamental of motor from scratch.

My challenge

Day by day, gaining new technical knowledge wouldn’t challenge me enough as much as all of them were explained in Japanese. Quite exhausted at first, but my curious kept me being enthusiastic. Moreover, designing new models have a lot of pressure about its reliability as there is slightly no neither reference model nor currently used products in the market. However, I positively think that this pressure will teach me to become a better designer.

My private

I wander around Japan during days off as a hobby. I got a scratch map of Japan to scratch out the place I had been. Hopefully, I will scratch it all up by internship period. Facing new people, sightseeing breathtaking places, and trying Japanese local food seems to energize me enough to creating my own blog. Thanks to my lovely colleagues for suggesting amazing places in Japan and taking me there. Trust me! A year would never be enough for travelling in Japan!
