Our Australian sales subsidiary FUJITSU GENERAL (AUST.) PTY. LIMITED, hereinafter “FG (AUST.)”, received “2012 Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers Award” in the air conditioner market of Australia and New Zealand.

The “Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers Award” was started in 2010 by Canstar Blue Pty. Ltd., a company surveying the consumers behavior on the electrical appliances, and is granted to the brand which gained the highest consumer satisfaction measure in Australia and New Zealand.

As to the awarded brand, the "Canstar Blue" logo is permitted to be used as an advertisement media in the market through the year, and so, this is a very significant award from the viewpoint of the brand strategy.

The evaluation is made by conducting and summarizing a questionnaire survey every few months targeting 2,500 consumers who bought the products within the most recent 2 years by way of 5 step (1 to 5) evaluation of the overall evaluation and the individual evaluation of 7 categories of value for money, after sale service, reliability, ease of use, functionality, noise and energy efficiency.

Our company and FG (AUST) are always developing the products matching the market environment and maintaining the top share in the market through the maintenance of the support and service structure. In the survey this time, we were the only company that was evaluated as the brand of the highest customer satisfaction measure wining the highest rank of 5 star in the overall evaluation and all the categories of the individual rating.
