Air conditioner list

When you sign in, the Air conditioner list screen is displayed.

Tap (a) to display the Air Conditioner Operation screen. For details, refer to “Operation screen
Tap (b) to batch operate all the registered air conditioners. For details, refer to “Batch Control” below.
Tap (c) to register a new air conditioner. For details, refer to “Air Conditioner Registration

<Air conditioner display details>

(a)

This icon is displayed when there is a possibility the air conditioner has failed.

By tapping this icon, the Fujitsu General “Repair Reception for Individual Customers” page is displayed.
(b)This icon is displayed when the air conditioner is linked to the humidifier.
For information on how to link to the humidifier, refer to the air conditioner operation manual. (Humidifiers are not mentioned in the operation manuals for air conditioners that do not support linking to humidifiers.)
(c)The air conditioner name is displayed.
(d)

This icon is displayed when the timer is set via the app.

For details, refer to Setting the Timer.
(e)The current room temperature is displayed.
(f)The current operating mode and set temperature are displayed.
(g)

This icon is displayed when there is a firmware update.

For details, refer to “Firmware information
(h)

This icon is displayed when there is a suggestion from the air conditioner, such as an AI timer.

For details, refer to “AI Operating Suggestion
(i)

This icon is displayed when internal cleaning or heat sterilization is conducted.

NOTES

  • The failure notification icon [] is displayed only for Main User of the air conditioner.
  • When “OFFLINE” is displayed, the followings are possible reasons.

    • The air conditioner power plug has been unplugged or the air conditioner breaker has tripped.

    • The wireless LAN adapter remote operation is invalid.

    • The wireless LAN router has stopped operating.

  • When “Preparing for FW update” or “FW updating” is displayed, a firmware update is in progress. Wait until the update is completed.

  • When “Operation is not available” is displayed, open the repair reception page from “Help” to contact Fujitsu General.


Batch control
  1. Tap (a) to display the Batch control buttons.


  2. Tap [ALL OFF] (b) or [ALL ON] (c) to display the confirmation screen.
    Tap [OK] to perform the operation. Tap [Cancel] to close the confirmation screen.
    Tap a gray area of the screen to return to the Air conditioner list screen.


  3. When batch control is performed, the Batch control result screen is displayed.
     Tap [] (d) to return to the Air conditioner list screen.
