When you forgot the password
- If you forgot the password, tap [Forgot Password?] (a).
The "Password Resend” screen is displayed.
- Enter the registered e-mail address (b).
Tap [Send] (c).
The password reset e-mail will be sent to the entered e-mail address.
To close this window without resetting the password, tap [Cancel] (d).
Tap the link in the e-mail sent to you to open the Password Reset screen and then set the new password.
NOTES
- Be sure to enter one-byte characters for the password.
- The password must contain a combination at least three of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
