Precautions and requests for using this app

・The language used in this app is English only. Even if another language is set in the language setting of the mobile device, English is displayed.

・The time in this app is displayed in 24-hour notation. Even if the mobile device is set to 12-hour notation, the time is displayed in 24-hour notation.

・When this app is updated, a notification will be sent from Google Play or App Store. Keep this app up-to-date to enhance security, improve functionality, and fix bugs.

・If communication conditions are poor due to obstructions or radio interference such as microwave ovens, the operating contents may not be reflected. Confirm that the operation has been reflected.

・The range of the radio wave is approximately 10 meters. If the radio wave is blocked by an obstruction, the range will be shortened, so remove the obstruction or move the mobile device closer.

・If there are multiple Bluetooth^® devices around the mobile device or adapter, communication between the mobile device and the BLE adapter may not be correct.

・The app screen may differ depending on the OS version and screen size of the mobile device.

・If the communication status display (→ Communication status) on the app screen is "during communication" or "retry connection", do not exit this app or turn off the mobile device. Doing so may cause an error.

Bluetooth^® precautions

・Do not use the product around wireless LAN or other wireless devices, around microwave ovens or other devices that emit radio waves, in areas with many obstructions, or in other environments with poor radio wave conditions. Frequent connection interruptions, extremely slow communication speeds, or errors may occur.

・If the product is used near device that uses radio waves near 2.4 GHz such as IEEE802.11b/g wireless LAN, etc., they may cause radio wave interference with each other, resulting in slow communication speed or connection failure. In this case, turn off the power of the unused device.
