FUJITSU GENERAL (AUST.) PTY LIMITED relocated head office in March and started operation from April 1 because the previous office and warehouse have become too narrow for the expanded sales. The new premises has a lot area of 1.9 times larger than the previous premises, and with expanded warehouse space and more efficient logistics operation, the system of 24 hour goods carry-in operation has been established. As the goods shipped from production bases (Thailand and China) can be carried into the warehouse of new premises immediately after arrival at the Australian port and custom clearance, the substantial logistics cost including container retention charge can be saved and also speedier delivery and sales of goods at the store have become possible. The company is conducting sales support and high quality sales training as a head quarter of 5 sales branches in Australia, and in the future, will establish further efficient sales system by strengthening the role of logistics center for main sales areas and maintain No.1 market share(*1) in the air conditioner sales through retailers in Australia.
