Our company will develop and expand the business of visual systems such as Plasma Display and Native High Definition (High Quality) LCD Projector in all European markets with large screen and high picture quality technology.

2. The Purpose of New Sales Company |
Due to the expected launch in 2006 of Hi Definition Broadcasting with digital storage, it is anticipated that in addition to the existing commercial market, the domestic market will rapidly expand.
Our company established "FUJITSU GENERAL VISUAL SYSTEMS (Europe) SAS" in Paris, France on January 25 in order to expand the sales of Visual displays in Europe and to act as a sales stronghold.
The main purpose of the new company is to assume responsibility for the European sales of Plasma Displays with "AVM-II" processor and the Native HD LCD Projectors. We intend to focus on aggressively selling Large Screen Visual Systems with High Picture Quality, not only through the current distribution route but also through professional AV shop.
We will continue to expand our Visual Systems Business by further strengthening marketing, creating new sales channels, and on developing a high quality service operation.
Our 1st year sales plan in 2005 is to sell 8 million euro (approximately 1 billion yen).

3. Outline of Sales Office Structure for Visual Systems in European Market |
"FUJITSU GENERAL VISUAL SYSTEMS (Europe) SAS" (New company) will be strengthening our sales and support structure for Visual systems in Europe.
We will expand our sales channels further more by creating branches in Sweden and Italy after April 2005, and with this strengthened sales structure, we will aim to increase our Visual system business in Europe.
