FOR THE FOURTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR IN AUSTRALIA

We established "V R F Support Centre (London)" in UK
on September 17 to support the full-scale business of multi air
conditioning system for buildings in Europe and Middle East market.

| 1:Background and purpose of establishing

We aim to expand our air conditioner business by introducing a new
VRF System 
in the market of multi air conditioning system for buildings in
Europe and Middle East where further market expansion is expected.
A high level of expertise in the system designing, construction
and servicing is required to the marketing and engineering staff
dealing with multi air conditioning system for buildings, and also,
a timely and high quality support is required to the manufacturer's
activity ranging from making contract to construction and after-servicing.
In order to cope with those needs, we established V R F Support
Centre (London) in the premise of Fujitsu General (U.K.) considering
the accessibility from other European countries and Middle East.
The new centre has a VRF training room, practice room and repair
room for providing business support to distributors and dealers
and training sales and technical staff.
The support centre also assumes the role of sales and technical
support for Fujitsu General (EURO) GmbH and Fujitsu General (Middle
East) FZE and aims to serve for the improvement of customer service
as a central organization for promoting VRF business in Europe and
Middle East.
Taking the opportunity of establishing the new centre, the sales
and technical department and the service and parts department which
have been operating in different location in London will be integrated
to the new office (Centennial Park, Centennial Avenue, Elstree,
Herts) for improving the efficiency of operation. |
